Short Course Submissions
The US HUPO 2025 Conference will solicit submissions for short courses, which will be presented on Saturday, February 22 and/or Sunday, February 23, 2025, which will be held at the Philadelphia Loews Hotel in Philadelphia, PA.
We invite you to submit proposals for short courses that emphasize interactive, hands-on learning and engage participants in meaningful discussions. Our goal is to move beyond traditional lecture formats and create dynamic sessions that offer practical skills and insights.
Submission Procedures
- All submissions must be completed in their entirety to be considered (draft proposals are not allowed). Please ensure you have all information ready prior to beginning your submission. A confirmation email will be sent after the successful receipt of submission. Edits can be made to your submission (a link to edit will be provided in the confirmation email), and a new confirmation email will be sent after the successful receipt of the edited submission.
- Submitters are encouraged to have their presenters identified at the time of submission, but it is not required. Presenters may also be added after the selection of the short course.
- Submissions must be received by Friday, September 6, 2024 to be considered.
- All short courses receive four complimentary hotel nights at the Philadelphia Loews Hotel as a benefit for faclitating the short course. Those nights can be allocated as the main organizer deems appropriate. The Conference Organizers will reach out to the main organizer in the weeks leading up to the conference to allocate the complimentary room nights.
